Battle songs against each other

Start an interactive music game with songbattle.io! In a songbattle you can let the favourite songs of a community or a friend group compete against each other. All participants can submit songs from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or Suno with the goal of becoming the "last song standing". Therefore the host has to decide each round which of two songs is better. The winners move on to the next round until only one winner remains.

Start your own game soon and send the game code or link to the people you want to participate, so that they can send in songs. Simply the perfect streamer game to engage with your community, but perfectly usable for the next Discord call with friends as well!

Everyone has submitted their songs and the game is filled up? Perfect! This is where the fun begins: two songs will be presented to the host, which can be played on the site. The task of the host is to decide which song is better or to represent the voting of their community. Of course, they have plenty of helping tools at their disposal, such as Twitch poll integration or the ability to shuffle the current round.

If you are a host...

Hosts of songbattle.io are the people controlling a songbattle. If you are a host, you create the game, share it with the people you would like to participate, and eventually decide which songs win and which songs lose (with or without chat voting). Hosts of songbattle.io are often Twitch streamers, but everyone can create a private songbattle as well, without having to stream!

Once you create a game, you will be faced with plenty of options to configure the complete song competition to your liking. You can set how many songs should be part of the game, and how many each player can submit at maximum. You will also be able to choose from where you may receive songs from (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, and Suno), and what options are available to you in-game. All the tools make it possible to control the whole songbattle just by staying in the browser game.

Our tip: Themed songbattles! It's even more fun if you decide on a theme before you start, for which fittings songs can be sent. A theme may be a genre, like rock, rap, 80s or jazz, but may also be more extravagant, such as game themes, movie soundtracks or one-hit-wonders, to have a really exciting battle!

If you are a player...

Every player who has joined a songbattle can submit songs to participate in the competition! Your goal is to choose the best song that tops all the other songs submitted by other players. You will be invited to a game through a link or game code, for example from a Twitch streamer that has set up a game.

As soon as you have joined the game (after signing in with Twitch or Discord), you will be able to submit songs that you would like to see entered. Depending on how the game has been set up, those songs may be from Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, SoundCloud or Suno. You can submit as many songs as you like, up to the limit per player as set by the host.

You are ready and have submitted all the songs you think will win? Then you can lean back and enjoy the show! The host will be going through each song in 1-VS-1 battles, listening to each to determine which is better. Cross your fingers that you picked the best song!
